This recording of the Outagamie County-Executive Candidates Forum, sponsored by the League of Women Voters, engages all six of the candidates in discussions about issues that matter to all of us. The six candidates at the Forum were (seated from left to right on the stage): Charles Kramer, Anne Strauch, Michael Marsden, Tom Nelson, Michael Thomas and Jack Voight.

The questions were prepared by the League of Women Voters of Appleton, Wisconsin. The forum was moderated by Beth English of the League.

We focus on one area tonight, and that's Mental Health. Statistics show that one in four people have a mental health disorder. It's also noted that 45 percent of Outagamie County jail inmates have a mental disorder.
